Completely unreliable
Winter just started in my country, temperatures outside go to 1°C. When I’m away from home, I turn on the AC from my phone so that it’s warm when I get back. The AC runs cold air despite being set to heat mode. Sometimes it won’t turn off at all and I have to manually shut down power to stop it. I’m at my wits end with Degrii. Very lamentable service. Extremely dissatisfied

Stop cleaning at 70%
For weeks now my cleaner has been completing its clean and stopping ~70% charge. Very frustrating.

First day installed and started using the app! Everything works!
Highly inconsistent
Aside from inaccurate temp readings on the unit itself, the app is constantly losing track of my installed thermostat. Recently it takes me several times of closing and opening the app to show my thermostat unit.
Not Great
The system doesn’t cover the pool as advertised and constantly says stuck for no apparent reason.
