Thanks Delivereasy for having a heap of Burgers on a Plate for delivery on your app as it has given us the option of having different burgers delivered each week to our office so we can take part 😋
Getting Better
Usually delivery gets pushed out by 30 mins from order time was only a 10 min delay this time driver was polite and friendly
Dinner ordered
We use Delivereasy about once every 2-3 weeks.. all places we have used have been great and consistent with service, delivery and food. We have nothing negative to say on say about this service. When there have been issues with anything just phoning Delivereasy have had it sorted in a jiffy.
Don’t order
Once you order is placed- they keep changing your delivery time and don’t offer you any options to cancel. I’ve been waiting 1 hour and 10 mins for something that would have taken me 20 min drive down the road. Now they have just notified me it will take another 30 mins. No options for refund- they’ve got my money and me hostage to an expensive low quality service.

I ordered 2 of his Onigiri ( Japanese rice ball ) i could say it was absolutely delicious!! Definitely satisfied my pregnancy cravings 🤤 Delivery was fast didn’t take long. I would recommend his sushi/hot foods!
Great but needs work
Food was great, delivery was quick and app was easy to use but you need more drivers! It was a nightmare trying to put in the order due to the lack of drivers. If I wasn’t busted up, I would have just walked down

The worst delivery platform in NZ
Very bad customer service experience, expensive delivery fees, the shops normally don’t have what displayed on the site , always missing items and will refuse to compensate customers ! I will go back to Uber and Doordash much better and reliable !
