Not impressed.
So I used the app made my order paid for it and then they requested a $40 deposit on top of what I had already paid that I would get back after my order was delivered. Well now they are closed and I never received anything from them. No update on my order and was not refunded my money.

Absolutely a scam. They charge you an absurd amount for delivery then just never deliver it. Good luck talking to support cause they basically do not exist. Stay away.
Actual joke of services!
Shoppers don’t take their job serious, I’ve been charged 3x for orders that never came, they didn’t make it right either. Always have excuses. Don’t even like to use as a last resort anymore! Be careful with these goofs!

Managed poorly, customer service doesn’t answer phone calls or texts to support. Used them twice where they took my money and never delivered. Will not use again.
Worst Service Ever
I waited for 2 whole hours for my order which it shouldn’t have taken 2 hours for my order to get picked up and then taken over by a covering driver. I used to deliver alcohol myself and it NEVER took me 2+ hours even when I needed a cover it still never took 2 hours. After today I will NEVER use this service again

Consider delivering to all areas that are right in Saskatoon. I’ve tried this from several residential addresses WITHIN the city and the app says nope. Every time.

Great… when everything goes right.
I’ve had mixed orders. Some are quick and painless. Others it’s clear there is no attention paid to customer support or experience or even basic logic when dealing with issues. Drivers don’t care about anything other than finishing orders. I don’t think they even read instructions. The support staff seem like they are working to bankrupt their own employer by making the quickest and worst choices possible. I’ve caught them in blatant lies assuming just to end their shift a few times.

Identity Fraud App
Not only does this app require my phone number, name, address, and credit card information, they just informed me that to deliver they need a picture of my photo ID. This is everything someone needs for identity theft and is likely in breach of Canadian privacy laws. Good luck trying to stay in business.

Incorrect Items & Poor customer service
Delivery came with incorrect items that were much more expensive than the one’s in our order. Customer support did not respond to messages asking for help resolving the issue.

I am quite a regular user or should I say was... year and a half ago they used to deliver within the hour now I have found in 2021 and 2022 it takes close to two hours.Today I made an order and it was supposed to be delivered at 12:23 it is now 1245 and the shopper hasn't even begun to shop yet.I will be deleting this app and not using the service anymore.
