Worst Delivery Experience — Cancelled Order, No Immediate Refund
Zapp cancelled my order without proper explanation while the payment taken was the last money on my card. The order included milk for my baby, and despite the cancellation being their fault, my refund was not returned immediately.
I then spent nearly 2 hours dealing with customer support while being left without both the items I needed and access to my own money.
Offering a small credit instead of taking responsibility made the situation even worse. Deleted my account immediately after this experience.

Dangerous deliver drivers and shocking delivery times
Driver was rude and left my door wide open. Deliver an hour late. Do not use!
Such a great app.
I feel sorry I didn’t know about them before. They have wide range , unique products and very quick delivery. Very easy to navigate app , user friendly.

Delivery time kept increasing and past way beyond expected

Waited 45 minutes for an order that was estimated to take 10-15 mins. the order was dispatched and the rider kept circling close to my home but not quite near. I then got an app message that the order was cancelled and an email from Zapp that as a gesture of goodwill they will not charge me a cancellation fee this time(!!). As a result I’m late to work, not had breakfast and apparently should be grateful for horrible service.
On multiple past occasions I did get riders that didn’t speak fluent English and couldn’t navigate, so I had to guide them using Zapp map and the phone (!) or come outside searching for them. It deterred me from ordering more frequently but after today I deleted the app and won’t use it again.
