Worst Delivery Experience — Cancelled Order, No Immediate Refund
I then spent nearly 2 hours dealing with customer support while being left without both the items I needed and access to my own money.
Offering a small credit instead of taking responsibility made the situation even worse. Deleted my account immediately after this experience.
Dangerous deliver drivers and shocking delivery times

On multiple past occasions I did get riders that didn’t speak fluent English and couldn’t navigate, so I had to guide them using Zapp map and the phone (!) or come outside searching for them. It deterred me from ordering more frequently but after today I deleted the app and won’t use it again.

Zapp is not looking carefully for the benefits of their customers but about how much cheap orders to be delivered to make more money/profit from the customers and orders got delayed at the end by hours.

Their whole system is useless. The app might look nice, but that means nothing when your food or items never show up. You’d think a delivery service would prioritize getting drivers on the road, but not Zapp. It’s a total waste of time, and I’m angry that I even bothered downloading it. Avoid it unless you want to be disappointed and left waiting endlessly for an order that may never come.
