Thermostat & app not good
I’ve used other smart thermostats with no issues but with the Della When I leave the house I want the ac to stay on but not super cold so I turn the temp from 70 to 73 but then it turns it to heat! Fix that Della!
Can’t set schedules on Della that cheaper non “smart” thermostats can do.
Why doesn’t the physical thermostat tell you what the current inside temp is? Does the creator of della even use their own product? It needs improvement.

So easy my mom can do it!
I helped my mom move into her place and when they told me she was going to have an app to manage all her smart devices, I slightly panicked. But when we downloaded Della App and logged in, everything worked seamlessly and we were able to control everything, immediately, all in one app. I was even able to set up a guest pin for myself. It was seriously so easy, I was amazed. Usually these things don’t work. I left feeling confident and knowing she was in good hands!
