Stupid engineering
You can tell this company pays their engineers very little and engineers their products stupidly.
Every once in a while they will update their app, and surprise! All your devices are unpaired, you have to factory reset them all to get them to connect to WiFi again.
All of your schedules are deleted, and you have to spend half an hour setting it all up again.

Excelent unit, terrible app
Excellent 220 volt cooling unit. The mobile app is terrible; can only adjust temperature to lower, not higher. You have to change mode and circulate back to cool to make plus work. Also, stuck on celsius, cannot change to Fahrenheit

What Privacy Policy?
I downloaded the app and in the Privacy agreement I began reading some of the data collection info. I clicked on the Privacy Policy for more information and the page had NO information. Whether it was a glitch, oversight or otherwise, I’m not really interested in an app if they can’t figure these things out first…I’ll just use the remote.
