Stop changing stuff that works! I can’t even get to my schedule anymore!!!! Now I’m stuck on heat when it should be on dehumidifier!!
App Is Terrible
Before the update. It use to let me control temp and allow me to turn it on from anywhere i was at the time. Now i have to be within 5 ft to even turn it on from my phone. It wont allow me to set a schedule! Please Fix!
App Stopped Working
The app worked great for a year, now it’s not connecting to the unit.
App is unusable
At this point the app is unusable at best. Most of the time less than half buttons work. Also Alexa integration is just as bad. Alexa shows temp is set to 144 but the app shows 62. Actually unit is set to 67. Thank god the remote and unit functions correctly.
This app is terrible
The app is absolutely terrible. The unit itself works okay, but it won’t allow me to set the unit on auto and change the temperature. When I change to auto, it sets the temp at 77 degrees, and is stuck there. The app is slow and clunky. They need to put some serious thought into the app and update it. I’ve had this unit for 2 years now and wish I had gone with a different brand. Don’t waste your money unless you are good with simply changing this manually every time you need too.

Only works in landscape mode on iPad?
I have no issues using this app on Android but to my surprise when installing it on my iPad, I find it only works in landscape mode. Looking at the design it was obviously made for portrait mode thus making it all the more confusing why it is stuck this way. It still works fine setting up schedules, for instance. They just need to fix its orientation, better yet give us a choice.

Same problem
Went away for six weeks and came back and could not sign on, tried everything. Same problems as previous review. Absolutely not happy. Three days of trying to get it back on my Apple phone with no success.
Now a useless app
App got updated and now anything I request from the app for my units will just revert back to what it was before. It’s been fine for 9 months and just started recently
Was a good app
Around the end of January I lost the ability to use this app with my unit. Tried to uninstall and reinstall to no avail. Hopefully this gets fixed soon

This app never works!

This app is nothing short of awful. It continuously logs you out to where you have to reconnect to the device all over again - which takes forever. The interface can be confusing and difficult to navigate as well. Very frustrating when you pay a large sum for a product and supposedly get phone features but the features are extremely faulty.

APP UPDATE LOST ALL MY DATA
This app (Della+) was genuinely great before the recent update. It let me control my Della mini-split AC units smoothly from anywhere no issues for months.
Then the update hit, and it wiped out all my saved devices, settings, and configurations. I had to completely re-pair and re-set up every single AC unit from scratch, which was a huge hassle (multiple WiFi resets, waiting for connections, etc.). Worse, it feels like the app lost all my previous data without any warning or backup option.
I’ve tried troubleshooting, clearing cache, reinstalling - nothing restores what was there. If an update is going to force everyone to start over like this, at minimum there should be a clear heads-up or data migration tool.
Unfortunately, this has ruined what was otherwise a solid experience. I’m deleting the app and switching to manual controls or another solution until they fix this properly. Really disappointed, Della - please address the data loss and reconnection issues in the next update.

2 years, 2 different networks, no connection
It just doesn’t work. Everything seems to be on WiFi, from my garages to my water heater. Not these though. I scan the barcode, it just takes me back to the page to download the app. Which I have so I just open it. Tried everything. Remotes are just fine though. I would only use the app. If say I left town for a week and I forgot to turn these down.

App doesn’t work on iPhone 17
You cannot change many of the functions on the unit you press +\- it doesn’t adjust the temperature you can’t change heating or cooling modes terrible design. Being WiFi enabled was a main purchasing point for this mini split.

idk app is basically frozen , try to change temp to 75 and it goes back to 72 after 5 seconds , turned off unit with remote and went back onto app and it shows unit is still on at 72. app is easier to control unit than remote bc now i can’t figure out why it’s not giving me heat on auto mode which it was doing perfectly fine before , please fix its cold.

Feels Unfinished
This app works but falls short of making my units “smart”. For one the user interface between my ceiling cassette and high wall unit is totally different. I understand functionality is somewhat different but feels like two separate apps. My biggest frustration is that I can’t set the ceiling cassette fan mode to auto in the schedule. Such a simple feature that isn’t there. This could be refined and could have functionality like my old Nest thermostat but instead they market this app as if it’s feature rich and instead it falls very short of a full functioning app. Will probably buy 3rd thermostats like Cielo Breez Max.

Clunky
The app works…when it works. Not user friendly to add units. If something goes wrong (for example, wifi goes offline), it won’t seamlessly reconnect like ALL MY OTHER APPS WITH EVERYTHING ELSE I OWN. With this app, I have to go back in and make them start talking again. Again - clunky app and not user friendly

Can’t use the schedule feature anymore
I had a schedule that worked but I needed to change it. So I deleted the current schedule and started to create a new one. Once you’ve set all the parameters and click confirm, the button doesn’t do anything and the schedule will not save. Please fix this
Small Issue with Siri Shortcuts
Im enjoying my unit so far, connectivity is great and im able to control all listed features from my phone. My only issue is im looking to integrate the appliance further into my smart home, and have used the provided "add to siri" option within the app. However nothing works when i try to use any of the shortcuts, the unit beeps so it is receiving the commands, but then never actually turns on. would love any kind of assistance on troubleshooting this
