Bug report 2026-05-04
Upon opening the app, it attempts to load for a moment and crashes to desktop with no error. I am trying to report a wifi outage. This behavior occurs whether connected to the nonfunctional network or connected to cellular data.

Moved into a building with this app and it has been really cool to use! I really like how my phone controls everything in my unit and makes life super easy in my building. I have organized a couple events in the party room through this app and made some new friends!

Thing like getting in touch the property management was always a struggle. Having multiple apps for everything and struggling to navigate it all was so frustrating. But Della somehow managed to blow me away. It’s so easy and smart.

Makes Home Life So Much Easier!
This app is awesome! It's super easy to use and has everything I need to control my house all in one place. I've never had such a convenient way to manage everything at one place. Totally recommend it to anyone!

If you're like me, you probably never write reviews but still appreciate reading them. Well, Della impressed me so much that I had to make an exception. I'm not kidding. I was actually considering moving, but then Asset Living, our new property manager, brought in Della, and it completely transformed my living experience. My building and my unit feel revitalized in a way I didn’t expect.
I’ve always been frustrated by how incredible buildings often lack basic tech features—like having a luxury car with an analog radio. Finally, someone did something that genuinely makes a difference. Della is the solution to all of your building problems and then some. I am a property manager and have used many different interfaces to manage numerous buildings and I have never come across something so intelligent. It is extremely easy to use and the app is so clean and user friendly.
