Very user unfriendly UI
I often struggle with tracking my expenses using this bank. Their transaction history is unclear, with incorrect dates and confusing splits of transactions into multiple smaller ones (why code it like that?).
Additionally, some of their rules are absurd. For instance, one of the most frustrating ones is the requirement to maintain a certain percentage of funds in the account. If I need to pay $1,100, I can’t withdraw that full amount—I can’t even take out $1,090! It’s not a fee issue on the other end; it's simply a ridiculous rule they have.
I continuously try to transfer my money to different banks that are much more user-friendly. Please work on your app! It's unacceptable to have such a poorly designed app in 2026!

In order to change phone number, you actually need to go to local branch, wait for 2 hours, and then change phone number, ridiculously stupid. How can a banking service be so bad!!! Closing my account with them

Высер, а не приложение. При переводе новому получателю, указал сохранить как шаблон. Получив смс, ввел в поле подтверждение и придожение покрашелось.
