Не внушает доверия

Более месяца не могу войти в приложение после сброса телефона к заводским настройкам. Код подтверждения не приходит ни по смс на номер телефона, ни по электронной почте. Сотрудники предлагают различные НЕрабочие варианты решения. Мои просьбы о повторной идентификации игнорируются.

Негативный опыт

Сегодня 3 мая. Пишу в поддержку банка - приложение не загружается, пользоваться им невозможно

В ответ получаю от поддержки сообщение: «мы выходим на работу после 11 мая».

То есть почти 10 дней банк просто не работает и не оказывает поддержку клиентам

Вы вообще имеете право называться банком с такой работой?
