This is one of the few credit unions that I’ve been with since 2013 that I’ve had no problems with when it comes to transactions fraud alerts missing funds direct deposits loans anything I need department of commerce has always been there and I give them the most props and the most respect for being one of the best credit unions in Washington Silver Spring the whole DMV

Inconsistent at Best
What’s the point in having a banking app if you can’t perform normal banking functions such as viewing your transactions for your credit card at any given time?!? Sometimes the app allows it and sometimes it doesn’t. Not to mention that the app won’t allow you the option to make your credit card payment within the app. The app is WORTHLESS!

Disappointed
My IPhone is unable to do any transactions with this app. You can view your accounts balances but you can’t transfer any funds etc. I have to go to my iPad, tablet, or computer to process actions on my account. This is a very disappointing app.
Latest update needs update
I have been using this app for a few years, and through different iterations of iPhones. However, after the latest update the app is not working. I called democracy fed credit union support to request assistance and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I’m unable to sign into the app
Works great
This app works great with my iPhone X. The use of faceid makes it easy to log in. You can do most ban transactions through the phone.
Login error
Copying my username from an email and pasting it into the username text block. Entering password still receive a login error e1001 username invalid.
