Excellent Communication
I don’t usually leave reviews unless I’ve had a bad experience, but working with DDS has been the complete opposite. The app is easy to use, and the recruiters are always helpful, responsive, and easy to reach. I’ve been temping for quite a while, so clear communication is extremely important to me, and DDS has consistently exceeded my expectations. It’s been a great experience, and I highly recommend them.

It’s ok
Lags sometimes. I wish there was a way to only see the jobs that are unfilled instead of scrolling through most of the jobs to see they’re already filled and it makes you apply as a backup which chances are you won’t get it

Frustrating
Really wanted to like this but it has so many flaws. I know it was just released, but it wants you to make a whole new account even if you already have an active account with DDS. When I tried to do that, it kept wanting a license number for CPR certification and when I tried to put my hygiene license number in there again (CPR license numbers of course don’t exist), it won’t let me because it’s already used for my actual license. The whole app has a clunky feel and is hard to navigate. Needs several updates.
