Too many bugs and so behind compared to others. Pretty primitive and rarely gets updates.

App needs major improvements. I’ve been using this app at least 7 years and it’s leaving a lot to be desired. It’s becoming more and more glitchy and unresponsive.
Very buggy and pointless
I hate this app so much! Most of the time something doesn’t work. This time when you click on applications the app just freezes. I can’t get into the sent applications. No employer ever responds and can’t tell if your application has been viewed or not. This is why I like indeed better. Plus in order to apply to jobs on dental post you have to take ALL the tests like the DISC and emotional test thing. Waste of time and can’t even land a job on this app.

The no shows and candidates already employed
So many interviews or people first day of work that no show . Some sort of credit or points should offered if the applicant no shows in any capacity. Several resume on that are not viable candidates . Very frustrating and disappointing
