Easy to use
App is easy to use and as a member I like how simple it is to get my tickets for admission. I noticed the interactive map for York St. has links to access the cafés online, but it seems like the online ordering feature isn’t available at either location.
Login not working
The app stopped working with login to my account.
Latest Update Won’t Allow Login
The latest update won’t let me log in on the account page. It either won’t accept my password (which still works just fine on the website), or the “login” button isn’t even clickable. I can’t view my tickets, account info, or anything else. Reinstalling didn’t fix the issue. I’m stuck using the website for the time being.

Blinding Light
Just downloaded the app. Frustrating programming causes the screen illumination level to go to max on my iPhone every time I return to the main menu. Grrr…
Convenient place to keep tickets
But the problem is the tickets show the date you bought them, not the date you reserved your ticket for. If you don’t remember your day or time you’ll need to look up your confirmation email. The app won’t help you.
