Outside US
I would like them to change the app so it can be used when outside the US. 9News is the only news app that isn’t available when I travel to Europe.
Content is good update is not
I’d liked the app better prior to this update and format change. It is more difficult to search. I sometimes like to review an article that I’ve previously read and it can be very difficult to find that article again.

No matter what time of day be at the morning it’s rarely in the afternoon but evening the rest of the day whenever I watch the news channel 9 rocks there they are not biased. They give a very good objective view, and the people are above and beyond doing their duties, which is great.

Channel 9 rocks and their app does too! Quick to hit me with notices of important local news that keeps me informed. I appreciate their team of journalists and how they get me real news, data and info.

I hate the new format
The new format of the 9 news app is far from user friendly. Prior to the changes it was so easy to maneuver through and find out which stories were of interest to me. Now with the new format, I find myself using different news sources because it is too confusing.

I enjoy the 9 news app and mainly go into it to get the correct weather forecast. My phone is always wrong it seems. My only complaint is the weather maps and radar cannot be zoomed in. They are so small you cannot tell the cities or even the counties. It would really help if that could be changed please. The same with the pictures on the stories. I guess we are all spoiled with being able to zoom in on our phones just about everything.

Notification settings don’t exist
I have configured in the app the notifications I would like to receive, turning off all notifications EXCEPT breaking news, safety, weather and traffic alerts. THIS DOES NOT EXIST! I still receive notifications for EVERYTHING!!!! I do not care about a story about Morgan Wallen performing at Mile High. I do not care about some sports team hiring some coach, NFL or college. I think you all need to reconsider what you think breaking news is. Or at least give me a more detailed option to configure what I want to see.

Unacceptable
I used to only watch 9 news until it became so evident that it was completely biased against us Republicans. Kyle on the Next show is horrible and completely one sided for the democrats. Totally unacceptable. I will never watch this channel again not is it allowed on any TV in my house

I love the anchors and reporters on 9news. They cover the entire State and bring informative news to all, with a little entertainment added in.

New app needs a lot of work 5/6/26
The new app really needs some help. Having reloaded this a few times already, weather rarely works as nothing will show. Also, only works in portrait mode??
