2025.7.4 is unstable
Hangs just tapping into More and when I try many things. And initially the updated app didn't think I had notification permissions on, but I do, and it didn't know my address so I had to re enter it.

Great App
Been using Denver Trash for last couple years and just like the handy reference to the schedule for all the pickup services Denver provides. Even changes in schedule aren't a big deal. Love it!
Curious
I think all is well with trash, etc pick up, etc. I don’t understand why recycle pick up is not every week. I have way more recyclables than trash. Other than that I appreciate the efficiency of his system.
Excellent app- service needs much improvement
I have used Denver Trash as opposed to the private companies I had in the suburbs for 30 years before moving here in June, ‘24. The trash guys are conscientious and excellent and this app is great. The problems are with the admin follow through. I requested a medium can over 6 months ago: nothing, in spite of several calls. Worse, I’m an avid gardener and need the compost can badly. I ordered one over 2 months ago. Two weeks ago I heavily tipped a driver with the request that he see if one could be delivered soon; I called in follow up. I know the service is very busy. But with personal requests for compost and no can, I’m going to be forced to put yard waste and plant material in the trash soon if I can’t get someone to respond. I’m a good customer: someone should handle this.

Everything in government is usually trash - pun intended. However, this app is great. Kudos to all involved in making this app 🙌

There’s nothing on the app. It’s completely blank. A reflection of Denver’s service to its taxpayers.
Trash cart problem
I have been waiting almost 6 weeks for a damaged trash cart to be replaced. I have called in the past 3 weeks and have been promised a replacement with each call I have made. I’m told the last 2 weeks that it was going to be a priority replacement. The story I am given is that they can’t find the cart. The trash trucks have no problem finding it and dumping it every week. I am a senior and I find it difficult to drag the cart around with only one wheel. I am very frustrated and need someone to help me

Government/state websites and apps are rarely user friendly and often pretty ugly.
This app does what it says it does, no obnoxious ads and sticks to the core concept of a providing trash-based content.

This app is great. Not too many notifications- just the things I need to know. We never miss trash day or large item pickup

Useful, but can improve
Super handy if you live in the downtown area. Always know when pickup is (or isn’t,) holiday delays, and large item pickup.
Notifications have failed to happen occasionally but it’s more of a backup.
Would be nice for better App UI instead of an app that fees like simple html web page. also more detailed information on locations & businesses you can call / take certain items too.
