Absolutely Fantastic App

This is a really great app and even better to see the developers made it free. Big respect!

Amazing

Check it out it’s amazing 🫪

Device Not Supported

I really want to be able to use this and it looks super useful but apparently neither mine nor my brothers’ phones support it. We have iPhone 15 and 16. I don’t see why it needs a pro model phone.

Really Good but a bug

After a couple scans the builds become really small and really hard to view even when zoomed all the way in please fix this bug I want to use again NVM YOU FIXED TYSM

Simple

Easy to use

Does not work

It says I need to upgrade my phone

Non-functional

A total mess of dots. There is no coherent structure. The scene is moving on its own and is creating dragged and stretched objects.

Lustig

Punkte, mehr nicht. Nichts, was irgendwie einen Zusammenhang mit dem Gefilmten erkenne lässt

Bugs

For some reason whenever I’m stationary it will just randomly start running off in a direction ruining the scan.

Cool

it works

?

How do you view the file? I can only create, save, and export it, but I can't open it.

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback, the latest update now lets you open and view point clouds directly in the app.

Amazing!

Why are there no reviews, the most amazing app I’ve seen in a long long time!

App Format File

It doesn’t let you view the video you took. Can’t upload it into ArcGispro to use. Can’t convert it into app format such as obj. Las. Or laz. It’s useless but looks nice.

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback, the latest update now lets you open and view point clouds directly in the app. The format is ply, with LiDARConvert you could convert it to other point cloud formats like laz

Incorrect App Store Compatibility Spec

The Compatibility Listing should specify: Only iPhone Models with LiDAR Sensors - 12 Pro and up

Broken unfortunately

Uses geodata but doesn’t even use that correctly. It will just start sending the camera running off in different directions and screw up the map. What they do have is neat though. Would love to see the bugs fixed and update my review.

Perfect

IT IS AWESOME but 4 because I dont know where to open the file

⚠️Scamware!

App demands gps enabling. When allowed (once, for testing the app), the screen is blank except for a record button. When button is pushed, nothing happens. When recording is stopped, file is saved, zero points are captured. This app does not function as described and should be removed from the App Store.

GPS location sharing required

It's pretty suspicious that this app requires sharing your location data with it in order to use it at all. This isn't a requirement as there are multiple other apps with similar functionality that do not require sharing location.

Response from developer

GPS is used to make the point cloud location-aware, meaning each point contains real latitude and longitude data. We could update the app so that when the user doesn’t want this, the points use local (non-GPS) coordinates instead.

the best out there ❤️

Amazing but a little buggy. please keep updating!

Scanner Sombre IRL

Love the idea and it’s like having the scanner from Scanner Sombre in your pocket. It would be even better if it could visualize saved scans.
