Needs a lot of work
The app basically does what it’s supposed to, which is to notify when there’s an alert. Beyond that it’s a completely terrible user experience. Alerts sent at the same time overlap one another and lock out the interface until things calm down. If you open an alert, good luck closing it because the X button at the top right doesn’t respond the first 40 taps - might be something to do with the screen notch. But the biggest drawback of this app is the CONSTANT crashing. Seriously I’ve never used a more unstable app on iOS, it should never have passed App Store approval in this state.

Barely Functioning
I seriously don’t think I’ve had a worse experience with an app in my life.. ever. Constantly crashing, alert sounds play while you are looking at what it’s going off for, alert sounds overlap each other, when you try to ack the ack button just doesn’t work sometimes, the app does NOT send alerts to backups- there really is no end to the complaints. I cannot think of one redeeming quality of this app. Please sunset.

Crashes constantly
Every time I use the app while I’m on call, it crashes and shuts down on me. If I have 5 pages to acknowledge and later close, I can count on 10 crashes of the app. Rarely can I acknowledge a page without the app crashing, and the same when closing. Very frustrating experience and would love to see an update, it’s been 10 months since the last one.

Instable
L'application n'est pas stable. Se déconnecte constamment du serveur nous obligeant à s'authentifier plusieurs fois par jour. Nos clients iOS, on parle de plusieurs déconnexions aux heures.La compagnie n'est pas en mesure de trouver le problème.
