Worst app ever! Don’t fall for it
This app literally does not work at all. It let me create an account and deposit money and that’s it! Non stop errors trying to make a wager. Spent hours on with tech support trying all kinds of troubleshooting. Even downloaded on my MacBook but nothing works. Then on top of that, they won’t let me withdraw the money I deposited and needed a support ticket created for that. Biggest scam ever. Stay away!

Most trusted banks like, BofA and Wells Fargo won’t work with online sportsbooks like this. So, you won’t get your money back. It’s just a scam.
WORST SPORTS BOOK OF ALL TIME
Do not use. If you win they will try everything they can to delay or deny withdrawal. When you finally are able to withdraw it is not in a timely manner. I cannot express how bad these people are to customers. I have no clue how they’re still operating as a business.
Save your money (and info security). Like home-based bakery- only messing around with actual money

DO NOT TRUST
I downloaded and registered to use this Sportsbook app because of a promotion that was on Desert Diamonds web site stating, register and place a $20 bet. After the bet settles you will receive (5) $20 bonus bets. I received (5) $4 bonus bets. I talked with their customer support and was informed that promotion is only available if they emailed it to you. I showed them the online promotion on Desert Diamonds website and they basically stated they do not honor the promotions on their website.

Their UI is terrible, they have only two options to deposit and they try and link through PLAID WHICH DOESNT WORK. They blame your bank. I tried signing my gf and dad up so they got their signup bonus. Once they signed up and deposited and I spoke with customer service about the issues. They flagged our accounts for KYC. Bunch of bums because their app doesn’t work and they won’t let us withdraw. Don’t have a problem letting you deposit once it’s in the account then flag you so they keep your money. Limits
First, customer service is pretty top tier. Shout to the staff. The app is easy enough to use, though I wish they’d accept Venmo. Your account activity won’t earn you any rewards with the casino or their resorts. They use Kambi odds, which are ridiculously easy to beat, but by that token this place has very low liquidity. If you do win something, enjoy it. That’s all you get. Expect to be limited immediately. As an AZ resident I really wanted to like this book. It’s just not as flexible as one of the bigger players.

Bait and switch marketing
Say goodbye to the bonus bets they offer for new time customers. Terms state you have 14 days to use the free bets but after 24 hours of signing up my bonus bets show that they have expired. Spoke with customer service and they could not help me. Monique stated “I have reached my limit of ability”

Refused to honor $20 for $100 Bonuses
Worst book ever! They have a promotion running that says “wager $20 on odds of -200 or better and get $100 in bonus bets” instead they gave me their bottom feeder promotion of only matching the $20 in bonus bets. When I contacted supported, they said to send a screen of the “affiliate link” are you freaking serious!!!!! It’s on your own website! I even sent them multiple screenshots and they said we need a “Instagram link”. Clearly that’s a social media app with no website. When you click the ad in Instagram, it’s take you directly to their site!!! Worst sign up scam ever!!! Stick with FD, DK, Fanatics, and MGM!! Pure Scam!!!

I repeatedly attempted to cash out over a ten minute span. Every time the app denied my cash out claiming that they couldn’t find my location. If they couldn’t pinpoint my location how was I even able to view my bet? Scam artists at work, BEWARE
Horrible app
This is by far the worst book app I have ever experienced. I cannot open my bet slip. It wants me to login and when I do it takes me to the same login page. This happens over and over again. I call customer service and they were just as bad. I joined this book for the free bets and it ran just fine when I was betting my own money last night. Using free bets now, and the app basically crashed on me. I can’t do anything.

Switched from fanatics sportbook to this app not only they have insanely good promotions to get yourself bonus bets either for the weekend or the weekday their withdrawal time is quick as fast as 30 min I feel the Odds on the app are way better than others as I seen fan duel had lions game -170 but diamond casino like to make sure everyone make that good money and their odds were -140 the odds make a money difference for sure I had won recently but hadn’t gotten the money after 2 days but after talking to Kayla through chat support found out it’s because we need to verify who I am which was quick and easy now just waiting for the team to process the documents and the funds remember if you have a gambling problem to always ask for help as gambling is to be fun

Horrible and Misleading
Horrible and misleading new customer promotion. They claim that you must wager real money along side bonus bets yet there is nothing I see that states this in the T&C. Voided my bets and rejected my withdrawal, stay away from this sportsbook!

This is the worst Sportsbook I have ever used. They did not give me the bonus. I had to contact support and send them screenshots to prove the bonus was offered and valid. I won my initial bet and the bonus so i decided to take my winnings and walk but they would not let me withdraw. I said the f word on the phone with support and they suspended my account with a $148 dollar balance that i cant access.

This bookie drags out the withdrawal process to the absolute max! also they don’t do withdraws on the weekends not sure why because every single sports app I’ve ever used lets you withdrawal on weekends also the sign up bonus is incredibly weak compared to competitors this app freezes constantly doesn’t update balances unless you log out and log back in the app will make you log in 5 times and still tell you your not signed in they may have actually hired a 6 year old to create this app the list goes on the app is so slow and bugged to the max

Worst sportsbook ever
This app is so glitchy and scammy. Sometimes you cant even see your wager or the amount of money you have. Sometimes the app is blank after you place a wager. Scores only updates when your place a wager, its so obvious they’re cheating. This app is the worst sportsbook. Avoid at all cause.
