Every update gets worse
I have been playing this game every single day for years. It’s my favorite game, but every new update and feature DOWNGRADE the game playing experience. 100 energy refill used to cost 5 D, then 10 D now they’re 10 D then 20 D. The wallet and energy boxes ad watching hardly ever work, i need to watch 5-10 ads to get a prize that should only take 1 ad watching. New episodes take WEEKS and the trophy challenge is useless and redundant. The daily tasks have been changed to weekly tasks, this was extremely frustrating. This week, to my great disappointment the balloon popping and dice rolling games seem to be inactive / have been removed. I look forward to playing on Fridays specifically for this game, and now it’s gone :( I emailed, messaged on Facebook and left several reviews on the app store. I am just sad and disappointed, this is the only mobile game I play and each new update is worse than the last. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.

Hello! Solar Panels and Ruby Trees were changed, we've added new levels (you can upgrade them up to level 9) and changed the drop system. In general you get the same amount of resources as you used to, but you can get a bit less or a bit more energy from time to time. The ad issue is being fixed at the moment, thank you. Love it but issues
I have been playing this game for a long time and now when I play it. The game crashes NUMEROUS times at random times. I have also paid a lot on this game and that’s what is frustrating. I am not one to pay on a game. It really needs to be looked into on why it always crashes.

there are way too many types of generators some of which break down into other items so you have to keep all of the pieces that merge into/from the generators to be able to make new generators or upgrade the ones you do have. with so many items it just really clogs up the board and getting enough gems to unlock more storage space can take a while so it really is a very discouraging game at times

It only allows you to watch five ads now for 100 extra energy in a 24 hour period. The ads glitch and freeze a lot of the time and then you never get your energy anyways. The game doesn’t give you your second wallet after you watch a video. I’ve tried to reach out on Messenger and I’ve even provided a picture of my user ID but now no one even responds. I’ve asked for help with several issues and have been ignored for months. I play every day and I used to be able to complete the mini games but now it’s not possible. Spending 10 gems for 100 extra energy when it used to be five gems is ridiculous.
