I can’t pair mine for some reason I've tried my thing won’t flash the light so idk if thats the problem or what if someone had the same problem and fixed it please comment and help

It does what it’s supposed to. Bought this so a long distance partner and I could have some fun. I don’t even read reviews when I got it. Best purchase I’ve made in a while.
I will say that this last time it shut off for no reason twice and if you aren’t on the app you ‘disconnect’. As soon as you open the app back as your main screen, it works just fine.

Connection :/
A basic vibrator because app is difficult to use, and I can’t even verify my account in order to connect with my partner.

This app needs some serious work
Really disappointing. We’re in a long distance relationship and this was a great way for us to be connected sexually when not together. Settings don’t stay remembered when texting (resets to default vibration and intensity) and the online/offline is horrible. For what people are paying for this you would think you could make a decent companion app. The product is really useless without it. 🤷♂️

I see that this app has a ton of bad ratings, but I find that it connects well for me and that the battery life lasts pretty long! Definitely would recommend 😊

I returned my purchase because the app doesn’t work. Crashes constantly. Don’t bother.
Will not stay connected
Huge potential, we were excited to get this because her job takes her away from home every month. We wanted to try this to spice things up, and worked for about 10 seconds and was awesome! However it kept disconnecting, making it impossible to enjoy. I really hope they fix this, because the potential is tremendous. Great company and great customer service.

Don’t bother
Playing with a partner using your phone is basically impossible, constant disconnects, pairing issues etc. Until this app is in a better state I would highly advise purchasing a different product.

I broke the piggy bank and counted up my pennies to get this so me and my partners could share some long distance couple time. Except it doesn’t work on his phone. We fussed with it for nearly and hour until I was frantic enough to contact support and find out it wasn’t us but the app. Update coming soon? When? I can’t replace my partner with someone who can use the app and he certainly will not replace his phone anytime soon. When I can use the app and device for what it was meant I will change the review, thanks. Until then it stays one star.

Constant crashes
So disappointed in the app, kept cutting out. Not what you want in the middle of long distance play!

Crashes a lot
App crashes very often and loses connection, leaving the device still running which sort of defeats the object if you can then only manually switch it off by the device button itself.
Disappointing as the products are not cheap but the app seems to have many issues.
