As cliché as it sounds I’m really looking forward to a new lifestyle this year and the updates to this app are astounding. I’ve just done my first 7 day detox and feel literally like a new person. First few days weren’t easy but looking back it’s so worth it! More energy & happier, who knew a few changes to your diet can have such a big impact!
