The cost for electricity and water very very expensive
Unable to login
Worked fine until a few days ago. Now not accepting either fingerprint or UAE Pass login options. Just hangs…

Updates
I like the app but every time you try to open it, it requires an update. The updates are too frequent!
Daily water consumption
Some features like daily water consumption on app disappeared when my bill showed it spiked 500% without any logical reason. Good app, but hiding or losing features like daily consumption after showing a consumer a 500% spike in their bill in not a good idea.

Bad service and app
This app is not equipped to handle anything that is not considered a normal request. Raising complaints online yields no outcome unless followed up by a call to the toll number.
Stopped accepting international credit cards for payment
International cards no longer work with Apple Pay. 1 star until this is resolved.
Lacks basic functionality
Not possible to update personal or payment details on app.
Not happy with DEWA At all
Getting duplicated charges on my EV account , and for 3 months DEWA has zero response.
Apple Pay not working on latest version
It’s a convenient app but since the new update the Apple Pay no longer works on it which makes the whole app useless.

Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work. I tried several times to log in to check my water and electricity consumption as my bill is very high although consumption is reduced but I always get some error. Tried from several WiFi’s and 5G nothing works.
Stupid animations and login required all times

Why does the app has to be dramatic ?
It stops my music when I open the app just because the developers wants to show off the skills of animation! Instead focus on making the app stable and more easy to use ! The app started freezing and had to force quit the app to reopen again ? Why ? Why waste time in making it dramatic ?
