Lagging/ logging in issues
The app is seeming fairly slow. Also each time I go in it is asking me to log in and then sent a verification code. I’ve never had to verify each time I go in. And lastly, the camera is not opening to take a picture for check deposits.
Terrible Dexsta APP
New upgrade to APP is terrible! You need to scroll several times just to see one transaction. Spoke to Dexsta and they stated, “new Vendor will not change.” So I will need to change my Bank.
DEXSTA Website
The newly designed DEXSTA mobile website is extremely well organized and gives the customer a snap shot all accounts. It is very easy to navigate and the designers have put quite a bit of effort. Thanks for the job well done

I liked the update when I got to log in but now I’m stuck with this verify to make sure I’m not a bot loop
Great bank
Love the bank been a member since a kid, app downfall is not being able to easily transfer/withdraw funds into/from retirement accounts or IRAs. Hopefully it changes soon
Not usable
Why would you decide to update the app and it’s not even usable? Does that sound like a smart idea???? To answer the question… No it’s not a smart idea. Extremely dumb. Don’t update to something that can’t even be used. Especially when you have limited locations and limited phone banking options now too. Like yes please inconvenience your customer even more we love it!

Great app but face log in is gone now. I either have to remember password or log in with password each time.
No Apple Pay?
Why is Apple Pay not supported? It's 2019, inexcusable.
Broken App
App will not allow you to sign in. Keeps coming up error when you input your login information. App doesn’t get updated frequently enough to fix these issues that come up. Needs more attention to it.
