My tine with DFCU
Ive been a member since 1978. During that time I’ve had personal loans as well as having all of our accounts savings, checking and insured money market at DFCU They have always been friendly asking if they could do anything additional. Easy to access and use securely
I have found the DFCU app to be convenient to use with my mobile phone. An improvement would be to identify detail provided on transactions completed when looking at accounts, such as transfers from one account to another.

Log in difficult
It seems it never remembers either my user ID and/or password and I am having to reset it way too often.

If you have DFCU as a credit union you are missing out if you don’t have the app.

Buggy and unreliable
The app works inconsistently, and regularly blocks me from logging in unless I manually enter my user ID. It has had numerous other issues of late with remote deposits, passwords and etc.

“Detroit Federal Credit Union, where people are worth more than money.” This app has never crashed and makes managing my finances smooth and I also love DFCU in general because they’re PERSONAL and not like the big banks (Cough bofA with their shady account maintenance fees)!
Convenient, Intuitive, and Makes My Banking Easy
I have never run into a problem using DFCU Mobile Banking. That was not my experience at my former bank. I appreciate the security great service I receive from DFCU. Highly recommended!
