When I saw comments everyone is complaining about app not working properly I still downloaded the app to try and see and it’s true app does not work my account opened up successfully when I register for Investor number it’s keep loading and nothing happens I tried with UAE pass also it’s stuck
Payment topup to iVestor flow is buggy
Payment went through, money deducted from the bank. App says transaction failed. Bad way to subscribe to IPO
App is always not working
This app is always down. Does anyone ever checks the app everyday if it is still working or not? I’ve been trying to open it since May 10 and its May 14 now and still is not working.
When market open system goes down
Night time app is working good. when market is open app is not working. Please check load balancing system
Unable to update EID
Despite several tries, restarting app and phone, the app does not update emirates id and does not allow me to access any function till i do so. The app keeps logging me out and does not complete eid scans till end. There is no way toa ccess support.

Amazing platform!
This app allows you to track all your investments in Dubai Financial Market, Gives you a great sector breakdown and allows you to receive all your dividends in a single physical/digital card which has its own IBAN account. You can treat this as a separate bank account where you can transfer money to and from. Plus you can use the ivestor card to pay for your purchases via apple pay. Good job!

Unable to download the update

Today I updated the App in my Mobile and while I was going through it, I noticed that my iVestor account balance was in Debt and this cannot be since it’s not a Credit Card, I called the DFM customer service and they confirmed my correct balance, however the App was not reflecting this and they said this could be to some technical issues, still it would be wise if you could go through this problem since some other people might be facing it

Sir, last ten days am unable to open DFM App in my mobile, just its opening initially then immediately disappeared. iSO 12.5.7 in my mobile even though unable to working. Any tips please.
