Ridiculous VPN / Location triggers
Hard and even unable to use abroad cause of location restrictions, false VPN detection and constant logouts the moment you need the app.
Impossible to confirm transaction without logging into the app, so while abroad I will start using different banks now.

Why no VPN usage?
So frustrating that you can’t access the app whilst using a VPN, I’ve read the other responses to this and by saying that by not using a VPN it makes the app more secure surely highlights the developers complete lack of understanding of how or what VPN’s do and makes me question the security of the app in general.

Only few currencies are supported
Nice app, but only few currencies are supported. JPY and SGD are still missing!
Less secure No VPN allowed
Was a great app, working well, now blocks the app if it thinks you have a VPN or even iCloud private relay. Forces you to use open networks if you’re overseas or travelling without any VPN as they feel using a VPN is less secure than an open unprotected network! Seriously - how is a private VPN less secure than an open hotel wifi or foreign country cellular!
