Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with LIV Bank. I have been trying to resolve a refund issue for almost a month, and it has been one of the most frustrating banking experiences I’ve ever had.
There is no clear or reliable way to contact customer support. The app doesn’t provide the help I need, and every attempt to get assistance leads nowhere. When you have a problem that requires a real person, it feels impossible to get help.
A bank should have accessible customer service, especially when customers are waiting for their own money. Being left without support for weeks is unacceptable.
I expected much better. Unless LIV improves its customer support and gives customers a reliable way to reach them, I cannot recommend this bank to anyone.

Worst customer service
I wanna close my account and im not in uae … the what’s app number is not working no one answering and im not able to call i tried every way possible to contact with the bank without getting any assistance

I want to activate my debit card but I can’t,that app show me your product is not eligible for this service what’s wrong with my phone.If I can’t activate debit card how can I use this
