Nice
Nice application
App always issue raktoke and face recognition
issue with the app and the poor customer service experience.
The app issue remains unresolved, and every time we contact customer service, we are transferred from one representative to another without anyone taking responsibility or providing a proper solution.

Cannot Mute or Disable App Launch Sound
The new app comes with a musical tune that plays when the app is launched. This sound cannot be disabled or muted. The sound is loud and causes a disturbance to everyone around me. It is inconvenient and embarrassing. I hesitate to open the app because I know the sound is going to play and I don’t want to disturb everyone around me. I really, really, really hope the developer adds an option to disable or mute the app startup sound. I am very disappointed and will uninstall the app soon, if this issue is not fixed. Terrible app design choice, to be very honest.

If ain’t broke..
The last app redesign was great. It was long overdue and an industry benchmark.
I understand a nice, new and long overdue logo and font, provide a rare opportunity to refresh the app. So visually, well done, its looking modern and crisp.
Using the new 2026 app though - I though my Credit Card had disappeared. It took my a few goes to find it. Hidden inside ‘You owe’. Why?
By explicitly labelling money as ‘our money vs. your money’ RAK Bank have created unecessary customer confusion, friction and anxiety: Internal logic (asset vs liability) priority over customers mental mode (‘the products I use’)
Seems minor, until you start using it. Aside from brand value impact, this negative framing now shouts “this is a problem (debt)” rather than “this is a tool you control”
