Login with Face ID is not working

Login with Face ID is not working. Customer service agent also not knowledgeable. Everytime I am forced to enter password to login. Digital Gold selling rate is 8-9 AED/Gram less compared to market price.

I think they can add one more feature as referred a friend and get some rewards points in account in safe of fund it will increase bank profits and product and sell and will productivity

Why is there VAT charges when its a local transfer to my husband’s account. Highly Disappointed.

Very disappointed

I have been trying to get through RAKBANK and it is so so difficult. I am stuck in India trying to book a flight to Dubai and Bank is declining so I thought of reaching out through your chat but it never happens.
