Technically the worst banking app
The banking product is good, but they need to improve the banking app, especially the navigation. Worst customer service ever. No phone support, only chat, and it’s very inefficient.
Scamming people through revarsal
They always gonna put u on fees and get money from you more than could imagine! Even running premium cards would be cheaper than this thing! And customer service? Worst peoples u could ever met! They wont help you with nothing but waste of time
Regarding security
Hi have faced issues with security even after my card was locked someone made transactions I complained to both merchant and bank about this on the spot and they just said raise the dispute I did and later they says it was a normal transaction without having any account in Airbnb how can I make transactions and in that cases I called them multiples times no response for customer service

Worst bank for banking
I have used their credit card for two years and closed it due to multiple cards since then they started reporting false information to credit bureau impacting my score
DO NOT USE ZOLVE
Do not use. Extremely bad and unhelpful staff. As an international student I was depending a lot on zolve and by the gods, it let me dowm so bad. Support staff is rude and will NEVER help you. Your transactions will days weeks if not months to settle on times. If you had the misfortune of filing a dispute for any reason, it's a long and difficult process and 99% it'll be settled AGAINST you even if you provide every valid proof you have. Do yourself a favor and choose any other banking institute. Literally, anything is better than this.
