Very bad customer service
Very bad at limit increments .Bad at everything never get any response from customer care support always They give you wrong report / statement never update right credit score to bureaus snd waste of time being a customer for 2 years .Never gets any benefits instead of frustration and stress. Nothing is easy to understand the payments/ usage/money balance all these makes me feel to stuck with a credit card with excellent managing skills.

Absolutely horrible credit card
The service is pathetic. Not timely responses. No prior notifications of card benefit changes. Absolute nightmare.
Terrible tech, and you’ll pay for it
The only error message they show is “ something went wrong” if something went wrong in their end and that’s why a you cannot pay the due, you still get charged late fee.
The AI agent who checks in you is useless, the number they provide for you to call goes to voicemail

Don't use this credit card
I have not been using this credit card since long time and they sent statement for dispute transactions . I have reached several times but my case is not resolved and they charged late fee too. So avoid to take it.
