Worst Customer Service Ever
Do yourself a favor and walk away immediately. Don’t download, don’t contact and do not, i mean DO NOT, work with this company.
I paid more than 70k for health insurance and they disappeared. No answers, no follow ups, 3-4 weeks of continuous calls and messages and still i did not obtain my insurance. I understand things might get delayed but this company is the absolute worst in customer service, follow up and punctuality.
No one answers, no one cares and no one is there to guide.
