I tried sending money from my pesa account to my bank account and it’s taking over 24 hours and am yet to receive my money I transferred from my pesa to my account I tried contacting customer service…..they can’t even help me out or tell me what’s next I should do ….. am sorry they are 1% reliable
Avoid this app if you can
They don’t have real customer support teams. Their messaging bot does not allow you to type in your own message, it gives you irrelevant options to choose from. The time it takes to setup an account with them is absurd! If you need to make a transaction urgently, avoid Pesa‼️
No communication
I have had problems with this account whereby my money is taking too long to be delivered and when i ask to talk to them, i am ignored. I do not recommend and i need my money back

This is the worst app I have used. Fruadulent. If I no see my money in next 48 hours. Your company will hear from me. Stupid people. 😡💔
Transaction delay
Kindly work on your service . Mostly sending naira to aed .. sometimes it take hours
