Frequent API issues, frequent login issues. Does not add any value. I believe both the app and the web portal need a complete revamp.

The app is improving slowly but it’s well below what can be expected from a modern app.
The login experience breaks with every update and does not give much confidence how data is stored and handled by the app.
The functions are very very basic and the screens are not very intuitive. Terms and Conditions of products are stashed away and hard to read once you find them.

Password
Just cannot get past the password creation when trying to create a new account, I’ve tried numerous combinations, the only result I get is “invalid password”. Are the instructions correct?
Registration Problem
When I was try to register with my Uae pass it's lock gender and mobile number option. And again I trying to register with my passion and emirates ID this again lock my Id card Number option . I tried several times but it didn't work. Please solve it if you can or give suggestion what should I do. Thanks
