the direct debit cancellation process is inconvenient. There is no simple option to cancel directly, and customers have to go through additional steps and documentation. The cancellation process should be made much easier.

I am tired of trying to access my account but it is showing that my password is wrong , tried to change it hundred times but still showing that it is not meeting the condition below , so called the customer care , he told me to make a new account , ok what about my money in my previous account & what , I will be having two accounts , then what ?!

Myplan direct debit error.
I had 1500 AED savings plan. March 9 was not deducted properly and the amount was not reversed to my bank account, They told it was rejected and the time of reclaim is over. So next time, if someone else is willing to create a savings plan with them be careful to check any unsuccessful deductions and make claims early.

Don't invest in this app. It's a scam. It will take percentage of your savings when you try to do redemption. And you have to go to the branch to cancel the account. It never increased my money, never gave me benefit. It will entice you to deposit fast to get chances of winning but a lot of people commented never winning anything despite using the service for many years.

The worst app I have downloaded ever. Near 200 million steps to register. It ask you personal questions more than any bank in the UAE. At the end, it is completed.

Amazing application, user friendly and easy to explore and most of my needs i can do from this mobile application.

App needs more improvement and enhancements. I have submitted my KYC documents for updating through NBC app which is yet to be updated, after enquiring with call center I’m told it will take 48 hours minimum to get it updated. However other banks it’s taking only few seconds to update.
