No pump software update

It will not let me do the next step to do the software update and when you look for help/support it just tells you to keep trying or wait 24hr to try again. And offers no solutions or who to call.

This app crashes and/or won’t load. The support is a joke. Worst pump update EVER! It simply doesn’t work!
