I cannot use this app on iphone 14. I followed directions to enable popups. It did not work. Hopefully, I can get my results from your website.
Not functional
Does not recognize the password that exists on the patient portal. No integration
Pointless
The app doesn’t recognize my user name and password, making it pointless. I have confirmed via the website that I am entering both correctly. I wanted an easier way to manage my appointments and upload photos of my insurance ID cards and the orders from the doctor. However, the inability to login to my account, makes having the app useless. Very disappointing.
