User reviews

Straight Forward Tracking

A great tool for strength training! I use Dial to create a custom workout and track weight, reps and sets. I always know what is coming up next in my workout and it’s so satisfying and motivating to see my progress over time. I didn’t want another app that creates unwanted workout plans so Dial was perfect for me. I track the workouts that I actually want to do and Dial does the rest!
