Switched to AWU from Garmin
I’ve stuck with my Garmin for a while because Apple lacks a lot of the essential metrics that I care about. However, Dialage has provided everything I’ve been wanting (Recovery, Strain, Cardio Load, etc.) which is astounding since I’m still on the free version and haven’t paid a dime. The scores feel just as accurate as Garmin’s, if not better, and Dialage’s UI blows Garmin’s out of the water.

Accurate Scores
Daily scores became more and more accurate as my baseline got established. Very consistent improvements throughout the app as well, keep up the amazing work!
