Still not managed to log-in what is RSA ID???
I’ve emailed the company twice they don’t reply. Got car insurance with this company five days later I was pulled over by police saying I wasn’t insured, had to search their website to prove I was insured. Poor customer service, still waiting for email reply.

Best insurance
They are always there to assist and support in case you have a problem. I’ve been with them for 6 years and I’m happy with everything about Dialdirect insurance. They never fail me when I need a tow truck or assistance on the road. They make sure you are safe.
I can’t log on
I can access my account via the browser version but on the app it wants an RSA ID or passport, neither used when I set up my policy. How am I supposed to log onto the App?!!!
Faulty Trip Marking
The application after the update keeps calculating my rewards wrong. Calculates trips considering trips I marker as passenger. The team takes over a month to reply to the query and payouts are wrong month end.
