App wouldn’t load
Workouts are good, but the app is extremely laggy and wouldn’t load when I was at the gym to do my workout. Looked for an update, but nothing to be found. And this is only my third workout. Tried again later and tried troubleshooting my phone, but it’s definitely the app because all other apps are working fine

Great Program, App is super buggy
I love the programs Derek offers and they e been great for me. The app itself is riddled with bugs and downright unusable at times.
Results don’t lie!!
I cannot believe the results from your kettle bell program. When I started the bell I was using felt heavy. That bell is now too light and I had to buy the next size up. Thanks man 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
4 weeks in and feeling strong.

Severely Disappointed
This program/app came recommended to me by some other cyclists and the app is nearly unusable let alone streamlined enough to follow a workout you’re not familiar with.
I was hoping this would add a good strength component to my cycling training but it’s so clunky that it’s hard to get “in the zone” and you can’t record weights etc without the app giving you an error. Literally easier for me to build and follow my own workout in the iPhone notes app 🤣🤣🤣

A must have for cycling enthusiasts
Derek and the team are awesome! Having a plan that is created for cyclists and not just a generic “strong man” training plan is amazing!
I’ve just started a 4 MONTH plan for the offseason. I no longer need to think about planning a workout or wondering around the gym looking for available leg machines.
I don’t know what I’d be doing without it! (Probably squats and deadlifts 5 times per week)
