App wouldn’t load
Great Program, App is super buggy
Results don’t lie!!
4 weeks in and feeling strong.
Severely Disappointed
I was hoping this would add a good strength component to my cycling training but it’s so clunky that it’s hard to get “in the zone” and you can’t record weights etc without the app giving you an error. Literally easier for me to build and follow my own workout in the iPhone notes app 🤣🤣🤣
A must have for cycling enthusiasts
I’ve just started a 4 MONTH plan for the offseason. I no longer need to think about planning a workout or wondering around the gym looking for available leg machines.
I don’t know what I’d be doing without it! (Probably squats and deadlifts 5 times per week)
Great for Mountain Bikers
As far as the app itself, it’s very clean and easy to use. I’ve used it to keep track of my workouts and had no issues. I wish you didn’t have to go on the website to edit the schedule, but that is a small gripe. Overall, highly recommend!

This program is just built for you to succeed. Sign up, get started, and keep going.
As far as what this program has done for ME: I’ve been riding for 10+ years but have never really been focused on Nutrition and Strength training consistently. I started to use this program 9 months ago, and have lost 50 pounds. I feel fantastic while riding, more confident, stronger, and most of the time when I am done with a ride that would normally kick my butt I feel like I could just do it again no problem. The biggest learning curve for me was the nutrition, it takes some time to figure out what you need. Do it, set goals, and just keep at it. This stuff works.
How I have used this program: 2-3 strength workouts a week(~40 minutes each), 1-2 rides a week(60-90 minute rides), and Dial in the nutrition.
The time commitment is not huge, it’s manageable. 40ish minutes a day
The equipment commitment is minimal, I’ve done these workouts in a hotel room on a business trip. There are plenty of options when you have nothing to work with but your own body weight.
I feel like I’m the typical dad that wants more miles, and this program has far exceeded my expectations!
