Forcing an app download to access tickets is asinine. Ticket access should be available through the mobile site. This feels predatory and opportunistic: I want to see one show that a close friend plays in, and now some app wants to sell my location and data. No.

Hi there DICE. I’m so thrilled I got tickets for Angine de Poitrine at Troxy 19th October. I have two tickets but we are in not seated together. One ticket is row J, seat 30, the other is row P, seat 45. If a ticket becomes available next to either seat, would we be able to swap out so we can sit together? Thank you so much.

I asked for accessibility on the event I was attending and got the exact answer I wanted which does sound like what you would expect, but with most support chats/ teams I beg to differ /: the only small issue was the wait but to be fair I sent the email quite late into the night… W dice and W dice support
