About

Did You Lift is a focused workout planner, gym log, set tracker, and rest timer built around the part that matters: completing one set at a time. Create your weekly gym routine, define each set, start training, and move from target to rest to the next set without fighting a crowded screen. Whether you lift with dumbbells, barbells, cables, machines, a bench, or bodyweight, Did You Lift keeps your workout plan clear and your session moving. Plan your whole training week Build a simple Monday-to-Sunday workout schedule. The weekly view shows every day's exercise count, total sets, planned time, and today's progress. Open a day to add, edit, duplicate, reorder, or remove exercises. Rest days stay simple, and your workout log is always one tap away. Create detailed strength workouts Add an exercise name and equipment label, then choose strength or timed sets. Every strength set can have its own rep and kilogram target. Timed exercises use seconds. Start with three sets, apply one target to all sets for speed, or edit each set separately for pyramids, back-off sets, and changing rep goals. Add an optional exercise note and choose the automatic rest period after each set. Track one active set at a time Start today's workout and focus on the current set. See the exercise name, equipment, set number, target reps or time, and target weight in one clean view. Log actual reps and weight, tap Complete Set, and continue in order. Completed-set markers show your workout progress without turning the screen into a spreadsheet. Use an automatic rest timer The rest countdown begins as soon as a set is complete. Pause or resume the timer, subtract 15 seconds, add 15 seconds, or end the rest immediately when you are ready. When rest finishes, the next set is waiting. You choose the default rest duration for each exercise, so heavy barbell work and quick accessory sets do not need the same timer. Resume exactly where you stopped Leave the app during a workout and return to the active exercise, current set, completed sets, and remaining rest time. A paused rest stays paused. If your session has to end early, Finish Anyway lets you close it clearly. Completed training days appear in the weekly planner, and a simple streak tracks consecutive planned workout days. Unlock the complete toolkit with Lifetime Premium Search a 68-movement exercise library with equipment labels See your last logged reps and weight when an exercise returns Save up to five complete workout weeks for routines, phases, or deloads Copy a complete training day instead of rebuilding every exercise Export and import validated JSON workout plans Share a routine as a plan file or a Did You Lift link Preview imported days, exercises, sets, and targets before accepting them Lifetime Premium is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a recurring subscription, and an existing purchase can be restored through the store account that owns it. Share workout plans safely Send a complete gym program to a friend or move it between devices. Exported plans contain exercise names, equipment, set targets, notes, planned times, and rest settings. They never contain completed-workout history or the actual reps and weights you logged. Incoming plans are validated and shown in a preview before replacing the current week. Private by design No account or sign-in is required. Your weekly plan, completed workouts, notes, and actual set values stay on your device. Did You Lift has no social feed, public profile, advertising, or remote workout database. A plan leaves your device only when you explicitly export or share it. Did You Lift is a planning and logging tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or personalized exercise coaching. Choose exercises and training loads appropriate for your experience and health.
