Waste of money and time
Purchased this last year after a few months the data didn’t update and then it started showing I was gaining weight at a considerable rate and then stopped altogether changed batteries and has never worked since tried to reload and update nothing works tried to reset completely and wouldn’t even find or pair with Bluetooth . . Won’t even work as weighing scales . Waste of money .

The app stopped syncing with no explanation and no solution beyond “reload the app.” This renders the scale useless.

Poor accessibility experience
This app is inaccessible for anyone relying on using this with VoiceOver on Apple device. It’s a real shame because the product itself looks fine for the app means that anybody who has this access need is excluded from using the product. You need to ensure all buttons are labelled and video tutorial does not just rely on images. So poor I sent the scales back instantly.
