Waste of money and time
Purchased this last year after a few months the data didn’t update and then it started showing I was gaining weight at a considerable rate and then stopped altogether changed batteries and has never worked since tried to reload and update nothing works tried to reset completely and wouldn’t even find or pair with Bluetooth . . Won’t even work as weighing scales . Waste of money .

The app stopped syncing with no explanation and no solution beyond “reload the app.” This renders the scale useless.

Poor accessibility experience
This app is inaccessible for anyone relying on using this with VoiceOver on Apple device. It’s a real shame because the product itself looks fine for the app means that anybody who has this access need is excluded from using the product. You need to ensure all buttons are labelled and video tutorial does not just rely on images. So poor I sent the scales back instantly.

Does not want to synchronize
The app used to be great. A week ago it stopped recording the weight. The screen doesn't change the part where you weight is recorded. I always have Bluetooth enabled and I have been using the app for several years without a problem until a week ago. Please fix the problem

So far the phone app works good, but my watch app is in kg when scale and phone app are in lbs. can’t get it to switch! No clear direction on how and no option in watch app.
Stopped working
Same as other reviews here, worked well for a short period of time but now when I weigh, it shows the correct weight on my phone but then doesn’t update at all so I can’t see any figures

Latest update has broken app. Now it no longer records data from scales.

Ever since I switch to iOS 26 the scale doesn’t want to synch I have Bluetooth enabled
Inaccurate readings
One example is it says I have 0% muscle mass. This is impossible. Silly readings.
Skewed metrics
The scale works fine, but the metrics are all over the place. It says I’m overweight on one, underweight on another, ideal fat on one, underfat, and overfat. I don’t believe it can actually make those calculations.
Useful data misleading and rude advice
The basic data is useful but the advice is dreadful. It’s in appalling English to begin with so some of it makes no sense. Then you have one tab saying to cut down on fats because it thinks I’m overweight (partly due to incorrect BMI divisions) and another telling me to eat more sugar which can be found in cereals! Says I’m dangerously overweight which is ridiculous, then categorises me as normal muscular body type.
My advice is to use the data to track changes/progress but ignore the dreadful recommendations and find decent information online or ask your healthcare professional.

Weight logging in app stopped working
The scales themselves are fine. But even though the app will measure the weight (and matches the scale), it no longer saves that data into the app. Renders the app completely useless as you also cannot manually enter data (because it doesn’t save that either). Prior to this I’d have rated the app a solid 4 stars, now it’s pretty much a 0/10. Would not recommend.

Imposible to pair
Very rarely does it actually connect with the app. So very frustrating to use.
Can’t use the detailed measurements
I got this so I could see my body fat but now it won’t measure it it will only show me weight now i can’t get a measurement fix your app

I can’t even leave a message to support in app. My app shows my body fat dropped 10% while my weight dropped just 1kg, could you fix this bug

Brilliant value for money and do everything that you need when on a weight loss journey. I had read other reviews and was a bit unsure, but had already bought the scales based on the Amazon reviews.
Having read other reviews in here, I think the updates made to the ap have addressed all these concerns and I have had only a positive experience.
It gives you useful tips on each section about how you can improve and I am finding it invaluable.
In summary if you are looking for smart scales on a budget these are for you!

App is hopeless
The App isn’t collecting data, it’s supposed to be recording things like body fat etc, but it isn’t.

The app itself is good, everything is accurate etc. however, please update the circumference section and my partner and I both have the app and cannot input any measurements above 7”. Please update this or at least let you type over the number manually.
