Great app, but…
I love the kitchen scale and app! They’ve made tracking my macros much easier and more convenient. However, I’ve noticed that a lot of foods are missing from the app, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to create a recipe and then weigh the finished dish after cooking. This makes tracking meals, especially dinners that I prepare for two people, much more difficult. While I can calculate the portions manually, having a recipe feature similar to what many other nutrition apps offer would be a great improvement.
Additionally, the app would benefit from a feature that allows users to scan nutrition labels when a food item isn’t already available in the database. This would make adding custom foods faster and improve the overall user experience.

Goal timelines
It’s frustrating that you can only set a goal for 364 days. For a lot of us this will take more than a year. I don’t want to reset and lose my initial weight. I would like to see my ENTIRE progress. Don’t make me reset my goals and change my initial weight.
Please Restore the Measurements Section
I’ve been a RENPHO user for a long time, and one of my favorite features was being able to easily track my body measurements alongside my weight. After the latest update, I can’t even find where to enter or view my measurements anymore.
The app now seems to focus almost entirely on weight and biometric data. While those metrics are valuable, they’re only part of the picture. For many of us, inches lost around the waist, hips, thighs, arms, and chest are just as important as the number on the scale, sometimes even more important.
Please bring back easy access to body measurements or make them much easier to find. A health app should make it simple to track all aspects of progress, not hide or remove features that users rely on.
The hardware is great, but this update has made the app much less useful for me. I hope the developers listen to user feedback and restore this functionality.

Terrible app
No clue why you have to create an account for a product you already bought, I’ve been on a weight loss journey for the past year no trouble, but this app is an absolute head ache it signs you out every time you try to use it and when you try to get you info back it just asks to start from the beginning terrible app

Feature removed without warning or grandfathering
Renpho removed the weight goal feature for existing ES‑28ML users without warning or grandfathering. This is unacceptable customer service. You should restore the feature for devices that previously supported it. Removing functionality from loyal users is not okay.
Renpho is trying to push people toward their “Pro” devices and subscription features.
This strategy will only push users away from Renpho devices.
