Diemivo

Diemivo brings work time and business travel expenses together on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Clock in, take breaks and finish your day. See net work time and create weekly or monthly reports. Record your trip, daily destinations, provided meals, mileage and other expenses. Find companies or addresses on a map and choose start and end places. Diemivo Pro unlocks unlimited records, Apple Watch clocking even without a reachable iPhone, PDF/CSV exports, actual hotel costs or eligible employer overnight allowances, place editing and confirmed custom employer amounts. Reports keep currencies separate; no estimated exchange rates. Optional Pro location automation starts and ends an automatically started shift when entering or leaving your chosen area. Background authorization is required. iOS may delay events; review recorded times. Manual clocking uses optional one-time location and also works without permission. Widgets and an optional Lock Screen Live Activity provide time and clock actions. Sounds and notifications are configurable. Live Activities and background delivery remain subject to iOS permissions and limits. The expense jurisdiction is independent of language and destination. Included: German 2026 rules with official foreign rates and selected Austrian domestic employer cases in 2026. Austrian multi-day calendar billing requires actual employer calendar-day reimbursement, explicit confirmation and more than three hours each covered day. Missing rates and unsupported cases are marked, never estimated. Employer eligibility and tax-specific exceptions require separate review. Data is stored locally. No Diemivo account or advertising. Try one trip and seven days of time tracking free. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, without a subscription. App languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, Czech, Danish and Russian. Reports follow the chosen language, with English fallback. Language never changes calculation rules.
