Scammers!!!!!!
Do not download this app. I did the free trial and I canceled the subscription. They are still trying to take money from me. When I longer used their services. I don’t recommend the headache.

My app is not saving the food I enter I am unable to add it to my meals for the day.
Double charged
When I attempted to sign up for an account I was charged twice. I contacted them immediately after it happened. Its been over a week and I still have not received a response from them.
Do not sign up!
I signed up online for a $1. No mention of other charges ever! Instructed to download this app and again NO MENTION of other charges and now I’m fighting the $90 charge and I never got help from this app.

Even putting 1 star on this app is making me puke! This is rubbish of all rubbish app. Don't even try! Liar-money grabbing mobile app developers who cannot probably sell even their own kidneys hence the need to take £65 out of people hard earned money. Downloaded this app as they are heavily marketed on social media (definitely make use of the £65s they're taking from people) they claimed to be dedicated to health and wellness where clearly dedicated to rip off people. All this app does is to remind you to eat! And congratulates you for making it to Dinner! Loads of bull***s. I have reported this app to FOS in UK.

Ripoff
They sell you on a small charge to use the app and then recharge you after a week without even notifying you. They make it seem like it’s a one time transaction and then they keep charging you even if the app is completely useless. Not to say that in order to cancel you have to do it through the app and not through your Apple subscriptions. Since it doesn’t show on your Apple subscriptions you assume no other charges are going to be made until you actually get an email saying you were charged, and by that time is already to cancel as they say it is already past the trial period. Even if the cancellation I t’s done 10 minutes past. Biggest ripoff ever. Don’t install or trust them as it’s a massive fraud.

STAY AWAY - FRAUD - violates app terms
I downloaded this app as a trial period. I paid the $1.00 for trial which I received an email for and was paid through Apple Pay. After checking it out and reading the very non-transparent terms and deceptive terms, I decided to cancel my 7 day trial. I never received a cancellation email confirming, so I reached out to Apple support where they confirmed that my 7 day trial was canceled and that I wouldn’t have to worry about being charged the $89.99 renewal fee. Well,7 days go by and I was debited outside of Apple’s App Store; this developer personally charged me! Apple only could see the initial $1.00 and then a $0.00 charge (the $0.00 charge is a common test transaction that vendors/ merchants do as a test to see if customer is the funds in account). Well, there was funds in my account and they went ahead and charge me no through Apple. That was a extremely deceitful and not proper business practices. I contacted the App company and they have basically told me “too bad”. I am not hard up for $89.99 but that is my hard working money. My financial institution has now step in and going full forward with a fraud dispute and the chat logs with Apple for supporting documentation. STAY AWAY FROM ANY APP BY GALAXY and GALAXYLINE APP.

Poor. Expensive. Bad customer service.
Downloaded this app to try and get my diet on track. Immediately regretted my decision poorly designed app with a difficult to use interface. There are limited options and you are incapable of using without a subscription. I got a free trial, not thinking much of it then a few days later I get a notification saying this company had taken £65 from me! How does this ridiculous app charge ridiculous prices for something so useless. Their customer service was just as useless when I tried to get a refund for an app that I would never use. Please do not download, you risk getting caught out like I did. The app obviously doesn’t make any money so they needed to take my £65 just to keep their lights on. I have never been so insulted by a mobile application.

No app support, charges you $86
I tried this this app out for 1 day and went to cancel the next day but there is nowhere to actually cancel after trying out the trail. Now they’re trying to collect $86 from me and (again) there is nowhere to contact or cancel the subscription. I need help.

Look at all of the reviews before you download this. There are only negative reviews and only one positive review from "fit lover 123" on March 4th, who also happened to also comment positively on the other galaxyline apps on the same day, and is the only positive review on those apps as well. It's a joke.

Bad app ever
This app is the bad app ever. I signed up for a free trial 7 days and the I cancelled my subscription after 5 days from my signed up for free trial I followed the steps for the cancellation but later one after couple days they draw money out of my bank account without me knowing that my cancellation didn’t progress as they didn’t follow up with any email. And now they don’t want to refund me my money. Such a bad experience with this app. Never again
